Facts are AG is not in a bubble or close to being in one.

Ave debt to asset ratio is a little over 10%.

50% drop in asset values would put the D/A ratio @ only 20%.

Chances of a 50% drop in Ag asset values over the next 5 years is pretty much slim and none.

A lot deep pockets have been created in farm country.
