| Ok here is what I have figured out so far with my problem with the auto knife sharpener not working. I have all the switches in the correct position and all the shields off. When I try to engage the auto sharpener I get a code for the engine speed not fast enough, I believe it's 226 E. I have checked and replaced the crank sensor with no change. I register no engine speed on the tach on the cab. I have started checking wiring from the tach back and am now lost! The ecu has been updated from a Lucas to a focus with a new engine wiring harness as well. If I unplug the cam sensor the engine will not start so I believe the ecu is not getting a signal from the crank sensor but not really sure. Please help!!! Thanks- Kevin | |
