Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | I spent some time watching the Military channel tonight. Several hours of program about the D day invasion and island hopping in the Pacific. I got to thinking about landing craft, where were they stored on ship and how were they launched ?? In all the WW2 documentry movie footage, I dont think I have ever seen anything about how the landing craft got to the battle on ship or how they got them into the water. |
