NW Central Ohio | ..Didn't do a thread search so excuse me if it's been asked before, but.."What is your favourite cookie?" Both home-made and commercial. I have to say a good chocolate chip cookie will always get my attention on anyone's cookie tray...but lately a chocolate cookie version of them has been giving them some strong competition. Now for a "commercial" cookie...I've been blessed with finding Archway's "Windmill" cookie. It's version of a very hard molasses cookie that I know is made around Holland, Michigan. It is best served with a hot cup of coffee for effective dunking to make them soft and bringing the molasses to life! So let's hear it...What do you like? | |
