Subject: A nice neighbor

Macon, MO
Wanted to share this today about some of my friends. I have some good friends that have a large feeding operation, today they had a producer contact them about selling some corn, they grind around 40,000 bu a week. This individual said I want to talk about price first and they are thinking ok he wants high dollar for his corn because there isn't alot to go around, he goes on to tell them that he wants less for his corn than what they are paying because he doesn't feel prices are fair and causing the livestock industry to struggling in this time of high prices and he wants them to be there next year and years to come. With all the talk about getting top dollar and holding on as long as you can something like this happens and really gets you thinking. Thought it was a neat story and thought I would share it.
