Subject: Planting milo with JD750 drill & settings

Wardview, LA
So far those of you who have planted milo in the past with JD750 drill, what were your drill settings and pounds per acre (or seeds per foot)? Did you half to install the 1/2 speed kit? What is the best way to get rid of the stubble? I was leaning towards bushhogging it and baling the stubble for hay. Is the price per bushel truly 90% of corn price? Any other tidbits would be apprieciated.
