Wife is in local library board and they were presented an opportunity to help host or find a host for a summer free lunch program. This was by some state organization. Presenter said it was because this was an identified low income area. Presenter said they would furnish everything but a place to meet.
I just don't understand the thinking here. Do we treat the symptom or the problem? I told her they would be better off having some classes for the parents. What is it about "teaching a man to fish" don't they understand.
