NC, IA 50653 | In our area it's looking like yields are going to be a little below average this year but nothing to the extent of insurance claims unless we end up with some hail later on. It's amazing how well these crops can hold on with such little moisture. Maybe it's just in our area but what I'm wondering is once the combines start rolling how many of you think that even with all the talk about 70-100bu corn (or less) there is going to be a lot more corn yielding just above that insurance claim mark? | |
