| Here in SW Indiana the last couple of auctions had average tillable farm ground going for 4300 and 4800 dollars per acre. Expect you could add a thousand dollars per acre for the best Indiana farm land.
I have land to sell soon and will be doing so via auction. Guessing it'll bring anywhere from 3500-4500 per acre.
What's farm ground going for in your area?
Sure like to hear from Southwestern Indiana people. (Of course the quality of land in this area varies considerably.)
