Not alot of land sold recently here in our area. 1 private treaty sale last fall,ground appraised in the 2800/acre range. Don't know what the sale price was though. Not great land, wet.
Several private sales in the north end of the county(Wells) in the low to high 3000/acres. Better ground.
Have heard some really high asking prices,5000/acre but it ain't moving.
