Local small town has a 1948 Caterpillar No. 12 Motor Grader for sale - quite reasonably priced.  It's very clean and straight with recent overhaul to engine, hydraulics, brakes, cooling system.  Looking for advice on what to look at for problem areas.  Heard the machine run yesterday - wasn't able to take out and drive it though.
