S.W. Manitoba | Friend of mine is going to be buying some purebred Red Angus heifers with papers from a friend of a friend. He'll be buying them at around 400 lbs. The guy said $1/lb plus some extra. This is in Canadian dollars. Does this seem like a good price? Also what would be a good breed to cross breed with Red Angus?
