| State of Illinios, Wife and I got pulled over by a state cop and he gave us both tickets for no seatbelts. We had our seatbelts on but the shoulder strap was under our arms. He claims that is not proper so gave us a a ticket $60 each. Wife had frozen shoulder and the strap bothers her and as for me the way seat is the shoulder strap bugs me in that truck, which is a 1998 chevy regular cab truck. Have gone to court in the past and have represented ourself, so will not hire an attorney to fight this. So we are looking for your vote. Fight the tickets or not???TIA | |
