Frytown, Iowa | smoking the goat in the cafe got me thinking about different meat we dont usually eat (pork, beef, chicken)...
so what are some other animals you have eaten with success/ fail stories..... some that would raise my interest would be:
horse
goat
snake
mink/otter
bald eagle
squirrel
donkey
lama
bear
spotted owl
alligator/croc
turtle
whale
just to name a few.... how you cooked them and how it turned out would be interesting to read... i have eaten a few non-pork,beef,chicken meats.... deer,rabbit,lamb,pheasant,different kinds of fish/shrimp, ect.... |
