how much trouble to comply with rules and regulation involved with having my own tanks? what would tanks (poly) cost? would there be enough saving to justify the investment. it would be nice to prepay, and take delivery so you know you have the product. i usually apply 32%, but it would salt out in the size tanks i am thinking.
