Was talking to a parts man today about how I wish my Ford tw 35 had 540 rpm pto capabilities like a tw 25. He said it's not that big of a job to put the 540 gears in. Just need the correct upper gear and lower gear and correct shaft. Anybody ever done this? Is it really that easy? Suppose an auto repair guy like myself could tackle a project like this? TIA Kelly
