Friend of mine calls me and want to sharpen all my knifes. He kept telling me that there is an art to making an edge on a knife. Take a gram sale and sqeeze dental floss between two objects (zero the scale) than apply pressure with a knife and a sharp one will only read 4 ounces????????????
