From my understanding, Trimble's stand alone GPS receiver is priced very similar to an EZ-Guide 500 (at WAAS or Omni). I am assuming that the EZ-Guide 500 can output GPS to other devices the same as a 252/262, so then what would be any advantages of a stand alone receiver vs. an EZ Guide 500 ? (Besides 1 piece vs. 2 ..... cleaner installation)
Are there any advantages of a 252/262 over an EZ Guide 500?
