Lapel, In | Had 1- 3/4 quarts of Elderberry juice in the fridge for all too long, but it was still o.k. Screwed up and added the sugar before I boiled the pectin and juice, but it came out o.k. and no foam (?). Got to have these old eyes checked. lol. Sure is a pretty dark purple. Maybe I squeezed the bag too hard.lol. Going to have some on toast in the morning. If it is as good as people say, I can hardly wait untill next fall. Fun and easy to pick and fun to remove the berries from the branches. Maybe I'll try a pie too. | |
