Central Illinois | Actually two questions. How is your son doing? I haven't seen any posting about him since he was born, but I pray that he is doing well. The second question is that I understand you are from the Philippines. I work with a man who has a terrific wife (he is pretty good himself) who is from Bayunan, San Joaquin, Iloilo. I know that the country is scattered over thousands of miles, with tens of thousands of islands, but I am amazed at how many Philippino women live here in central Illinois. I can't speak for the motives of these men and women for traveling so far to marry, but I can say that every man I know is a better man for marrying a Philippino. And I am also sure that each one of them got much more than they expected, in a very good way. | |
