| I have spinal stenosis in my lower back at L3-L4. I had a shot in the spine of cortisone and something else on February 14. That gave great pain relief until August. Now it hurts like before the shot. I am ready to get another shot for harvest.
Has anybody been diagnosed with stenosis and what have you done for treatment? Any surgery? Any out of the box treatments? Thoughts?
