Subject: Pretty good recipe

Virginia
My pepper plants in the garden are going wild. You can't eat but so many stuffed peppers, so I did a little something different. Here is recipe if anyone is covered up in peppers

Drizzle some olive oil in a aluminum baking pan
Cut up 5-6 yukon gold potatoes, salt and pepper to taste
Cut up 4 peppers ( I used 2 red and 2 green) put on top potatoes
Cut up 2 large onions, put on top peppers
Give another drizzle of olive oil over the top
Take a large kielbasa and cut up and put on top of onions
Cover with foil and cook on grill for a hr on low heat
Uncover and cook another 5-10 minutes
Take off grill and let cool for a few minutes and dig in.
