| I have a Miller pro 1100 rotary hay rake that raises up fine, it only takes about 2 seconds to fully raise. It takes at least 10 seconds to lower down which makes it really hard on the ends of the field. It is a double acting cylinder. What is the hex piece in the picture between the cylinder port and the hose? Is that some type of restrictor? And if so,it how does it only restrict in One direction? Thank you for any help.
