| Relatively new to glasses, only on my second pair. First pair was nothing more than expensive readers. This time I went with progressive lens so I don’t have to take them off or wear them on the tip of my nose when not reading, as I need them to read monitors in the tractor and truck cabs. But, they keep putting the transition in the center, right in my line of sight and it’s really annoying and makes me dizzy. Having them re-cut for the third time in last two weeks because of this. I do not want to adjust my head angle (down) to look straight ahead and only want to move my eyes down to see through the magnified region, not raise my head. They also prevent me from using my peripheral vision. When I try to side-eye everything gets wavy, especially on my 32” computer monitor. Anyone have similar issues? I’m only willing to adapt slightly. Will not tolerate being dizzy or be expected to wear glasses with lenses taller than 1.5 inches.
