Subject: IC 800 and DirectCommand on Hagie 2100

WI
Working on getting a Hagie 2100 up and running with an IC 800 and Direct Command system. It is very slow to finally settle on the target rate. It over/under shoots from 2-40GPA when trying to hit 10GPA. It takes about 10 seconds when flipping the switch on to get past the fluctuations. I just have it in manual speed mode sitting stationary right now, set at 10mph. Once it finally does settle to 10GPA it is about 30 psi with the current nozzles. I believe my current "testing" the manual input settings and hardware should make for a easy situation for it to hit.

I have adjusted the response threshold from the book setting of 2 all the way up to 25 to even get it to this point. Anything less than a setting of 20 and it would never settle on a rate. It would just spike way above it and then turn all the way off.

Any other settings I should be looking at or anything on the machine itself I'm missing. New-to-me machine and new install on the controller.

Thanks
