Hendricks MN | I have a pothole that was in crp for 30 years, a temporary dike was put in to create a wetland while it was in crp. Took it out of crp and wanted to tile it. Received the 1026 from FSA came back all prior converted could do what every I want. Went to get the Minnesota state WCA permit, their specialist does a field visit 3 days after the dike was removed, sees cattails (from the dike) and calls it a wetland. Need to hire a wetland specialist to fight the state determination.
Who is available in southwest Minnesota to do this? Has anybody appealed the state determination and won? | |
