Subject: Ag leader Incommand 1200 harvest ?

NC Kansas
We have an Agleader Incommand 1200 monitor in a 9120 case combine for yield mapping. This same monitor is used in our planting tractor to run an Agleader system running graham motors. We continually get about 10% less acres harvested per field compared to the planting map picking corn. Don’t remember having this issue while we cut beans. App header dimensions are entered correctly. Using GPS for speed values.
Any opinions as to why acres are this much less ?
Combine is calibrated yield and moisture wise to an certified scale.

Edit - the planter has row shut offs that shut off 2 rows at a time and the Incommand uses this feature for harvest as well
