Subject: My Custom Charges are to cheap?

Northwest Indiana

That is the sense I get from you all.  This is cheap?  Please let me know, I don't want to be cheap.

JD 8210 on 16-30 1770 NT with e-sets, smartbox, and 20/20 .....$13 an acre

40' Field Cultivator w 9300 JD ...  $12 an acre

31' Soil Finisher ...$15 an acre

New last year 2588 with mapping / grain cart... $35 an acre (8 row corn( $31 for 30 ft beans)  Trucking is paid by standard trucking rates.  (40 ft. hoppers mind you...not gravity boxes)

Disc Ripper Disc ...$18 an acre

Moldboard Plow... $23 an acre.

Not very much road time, no more than 20 minutes. I can't ever remember a breakdown in planting, and only a few minor delays at harvest... I hope this sounds like good modern equipment to most of you.

That usually covers it.

I have friends that say this sounds like a gravy train.  What do you think?  I told one I would trade an 80 acre 50/50 lease of his for 400 acres of this. I am still waiting.
