NW Missouri | Anyone have experience with Tuff Built Livestock Equipment out of WI? https://www.tuffbuiltag.com/ It is not the same company as Real Tuff (green in US, yellow in Canada).
I'm looking at portable tub/alley/chute combos and the only difference I see between these two brands is that the Real Tuff tub is cornerless and the Tuff Built is not. The Real Tuff is also a little more money. Is the cornerless worth a little more money (never been around one) or will that sliding spring mechanism will end up being a pain in a few years? If a cow has her butt in the alley entrance she's going to have to turn around in the tub whether it's cornerless or not...
The guy that runs Real Tuff is pretty adamant that his design is the original and that there are "other companies" that have copied it. That could very well be, but if the quality is just as good, I'm not sure I care...
