Not as low carb. as John Burns, but gf and I started keto on Jan. 2nd. No grains, no beans, no sugar, and as little seed oil as possible. Anthing we fry is with avocado oil or butter. I had a few Monster energy drinks in the past month, but otherwise no soda pop. I eat too much cheese though. Bulletproof coffee (with MCT oil and cream) every morning and then I don't eat anything until at least 11 a.m. Starting out I weighed 167 lbs. and have since lost 10 lbs. TOFI? I am happy with the results.
