western iowa,by Denison | Run a jd 568-my neighbor says vemeer is best baler-I get along ok with the jd-when I get into fine chopped stalks its a slow go-his vemeer just eats bales-my best day was 460 bales-he seems to get that easily-with his vemeer-myself not so much unless its a long day-suppose to bale 5,000 bales for 1 guy and have been dragging my feet as I know it will be 15 day job-would a vemeer speed up my baling that much-it would be all cornstalks and over 5 wraps of net
watching round square and runningihred bale-I just as well stayhome
I got a 100 bales last nite in 2 hours-I just can not get that bale a minute done-usually only get 85 bales to 1 roll of net and have to stop and change net wrap-in the fine stalks I was down to 20 bales a hour the day before
