Southern Ontario | So dad woke up the other day with a blacked out spot in his left eye. Got a little worse later in the day so he went to the hospital.
Turns out he has a detached retina. He went in for surgery today and is supposed to basically lay on his back for the next 2 weeks.
All this happened just as we were finally getting started working ground and getting ready to plant.
So I guess were short a man this season. Should be lots of fun just my uncle and I.
The only important thing in all of this is that my dad's surgery goes well and he has no major setbacks with his vision. | |
