Eastern Oklahoma | Got the call today wife's grandpa went home to be with the Lord this afternoon. Harvey was a Pentecostal preacher for many years and he wasn't shy about telling everyone he crossed paths with about his Lord and the miracles he had seen. He never received a dime for preaching used the money he made in his body shop to build a church building and sent the offering to build churches and support missionaries in Africa. Harvey didn't live in a fancy house or drive a new fancy car he didn't have a lot of money but he always had what he needed and never did without. Perhaps the greatest sermon he ever preached was the one he lived. He will be missed greatly but the knowledge that he is in a better place is a great comfort. Keep the family in your prayers especially his wife Chlois she has been by his side for over 56 years and it will be hardest on her. | |
