Subject: EZ-Steer vs. Auto-Pilot Accuracy

We are currently using the EZ-Guide+ with EZ-Steer on WAAS for spraying and drilling wheat primarily. We normally set it for a one foot overlap. We are considering upgrading to RTK but still using the EZ-Guide+ and EZ-Steer. The problem I see with this is that when we spray I frequently see it as much as 10" off of centerline because the EZ-Steer can't keep up even if the ground is flat. Are we really going to get that much value out of it or do we just need to bite the bullet and get an AutoPilot or similar solution?

The main thing that we want to be able to do with it initially is strip till. We're thinking that maybe going slower the EZ-Steer will be able to keep up with RTK to our satisfaction. Any suggestions? Thanks
