Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | It always seems that most of the posters here are pretty knowledgeable so I thought I would ask.
A fellow offered to sell me a Savage .250-3000 lever action rifle with a 3-9x? scope on it for $900. The rifle appears to be in good shape although I have not yet tried to shoot it. He does not know how old the rifle is. He bought it from a guy who was getting divorced and needed some money. I have never had any experience with this type or caliber rifle. Would it be a good deer/hog/coyote gun? |
