Is it just me, or when you take over newly rented land, it should be fall plowed by the previous renter, if fall plowing is local custom?
Previous renter, who rented it for 20+ years, said when he first started renting this piece, it was not plowed in the fall, either. So he is refusing to fall plow it for the next renter.......us.
