I have about 60 acres of rented ground in oats underseeded back to alfalfa/orchardgrass. The ground is north slope and full of rock. Due to weather the oats are now 6 to 8 inches tall with the alfalfa seed dribbled on with an old press drill. I really wanted to roll this ground to push the rock back down and to improve the catch on the hay seed but I am not sure if the oats will take being rolled. 
Can I still roll this ground?
