western NY | I have had this dryer for three harvest seasons and am still having some difficulty with settings. I am running the dryer in batch mode, dry and cool. Does anyone have charts made up for different crops such as corn, soybeans and wheat with settings for different moistures? I have called GSI directly and they were basically of little help. They have said that you have to learn by trial and error (but that can be costly!). I was previously running an older Super B automatic batch dryer which had good charts so that I was able to somewhat figure things out from that but would appreciate some better starting points. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.
