Subject: Potential Killing Frost Event For Western CANADA!

Regina/Balcarres/Kamsack
World Weather out today with its long term Forecast for this week and early next. Frost in Alberta and West Saskatchewan. Cooling temps for the next 7 days before a high pressure builds in.
If this happens CANADA will produce zero production for 2009. Because sure as god made apples it will be wrong and freeze east Sask plus Manitoba.
So take All Durum produced in Canada off market. Zero production.
Take all HRS off world market zero production.
Take Oats and malt barley off world market.
Take Canola off Edible oil market.
Take Flax and Some peas and lentils at close to zero production.
Would this affect world prices.
My guess it would be till Jan or Feb when USDA recalculates what a loss is. But if it freezes in Canada ND MONTANA AND Minnesota are in for trouble.
Lets hope this is one forecast that is way off.
