Im going to look at a 8970 today that has 10,000 hrs on it. I was wondering how to check the gudgeon area for play. Is it as simple as putting a jack under it and jacking it up and looking for play?? The tractor has a good appearance and is supposed to have a recent overhaul. Tires are 80%. What should a guy expect to pay for something like this if all is in good working order??
