We have comcast internet service. We have 3 email accounts using OE ver 6, with my wife's email being one of those 3. In the past month or so, wife's email will "hang up" & not download an email, then all of her emails waiting to get in behind that one will be hung up also. She can go into Comcast (vs our normal OE6) email & read/view the emails. The hung-up email doesn't always seem to be from same person, so the content can't be the problem. She even sent an email to herself from her office...one that she generated...and it hung up & wouldn't load. I have my email on the same service, w/a different email address however. I haven't had an email hang up in probably 5 yrs or more. Certainly nothing recent. Any suggestions? I know what the 1st question/suggestion is going to be.....however be advised that same Norton covers all 3 of the email users & only 1 has a problem. Thanks |
