land vs home loans

Subject: land vs home loans


NE SD		Home loan rates have absolutely come down like 25% in the last couple months based on the quotes I've gotten. However, land notes are only off by maybe 10% from what I can tell. Is this typical and why? Or do I need to shop around harder for land loan rates?
