I think lenders have raised rates because their pipelines are full. I recommend to check your loan documents and see what index your rate is based on. 3 yr or 5 yr treasury maybe? Keep an eye on it and keep checking with lender. If rates stay low and they get the pipelines cleaned up they will probably lower the rates.
