SC Iowa | Appears corn acreage going to shrink 4-6 myn acres, maybe more if I read your tea leaves correctly. I also read where the SA farmer has taken advantage of the weak real and has sold a lot of new crop beans, too---PLUS, they aren't going to grow as much safrinha corn, which means some of that ground may end up as double-crop beans (even if it isn't supposed to??)......and the US farmer is gearing up for 82-83 myn+ acres of beans in 2014....
Soooooo, the question is this.....is anyone selling 2014 beans at $12, or is it a let it ride strategy for the next crop year??
TIA
