Subject: Shop foundation question

central mn
Got three quote on a new 50 x 80 sip panel shop. One is $20,000 less than the other two, materials are the same the only difference is the concrete, the cheaper one is using a slab with a 18inch by 18inch thickend edge, while the other ones use a poured foundation. My question is will that make a huge difference up here in Minnesota where it is always winter! I like the insulation value of the sip buildings, but am thinking of going to a stick built or pole building to see what that would cost. I would like to spend $130,000 or less. Is that even possible?

Thanks
