Me & the wife are looking for a bigger house with a shop. In the past couple of months my side work has been growing alot. We have been told that I should become LLC for my side buissness so part of the new house can be a write off. The thing that Iam not sure about is that all my side work pays cash. What is the best way to go about this. By the way I live in Illinois. TIA
