| A short Story about me.. I am 28 Years old Work Full Time as a Custom Applicator.. I have been Helping and Actively Working with my dad which is 64 and possibly considering Slowing down a bit... Everything about Farming I enjoy... Even the BAD DAYS.. that we all have... I have been farming on my own a 185acre Tract now for 5 years.. Doing my own marketing input decions, owning a few pieces of equipment, etc. etc... This Farm could be for sale shortly... With interest Rates being at all time Low I am wondering if this would be a good oppertunity to become a Land Owner... One Problem.. I doubt i have enough money Laying in my Back yard in Jars or under My pillow to think about a down payment...
