Subject: Turbo TwinJet tips for fungicide application

Bourbon, Indiana
My dealer talked me into these tips for fungicide application, he said they would be better than the XR TeeJet tips I was using, well I went out and tried them today and from what I understand about fungicide application I'm not to impressed with em.

I"m running about 7mph tips are on 15" spacing (like that when I bought it) putting down 20gpa at 60psi. The thing is is that I can't get NO penatration what-so-ever down in the canopy regardless if I run 60psi or 100psi but I do get better coverage than the XR's

So here's the question which is more important coverage on the upper part of the plant or should I really be getting down inside the canopy a bit?

thanx
Brad

EDIT: Maybe the regular teejet would be better?
