After searching extensively for a fix for the Y splitters on a case 500T I decided to design and print my own.
The tabs that the hose clamps goes around to hold the hose break off prematurely on these splitters and they're nearly $200 a pop.
We picked up a 500T last year, thinking we got a deal until we realized nearly every Y splitter was broken and patched together with everything from duct tape to expanding foam.
Here's what I came up with.

The boots are 3d printed using TPU, a rubber like material thats grippy and weather resistant. They're form fitting around the ledge on the y splitter past where these usually break. The hose still sits inside the y splitter inside the original tabs, so no lip or anything is created. The seed never touches the boot. No need to trim them or anything, boot fits regardless of whether 1, 2, or none of the tabs are broken off.
