These are the mounting brackets from a set of Lankota Stalk Stompers to mount on a John Deere corn head. What you see pictured is what you get. There are two mounting brackets for each side of the corn head, as well as two adapters. You can see how the mounting brackets work in this installation guide:

These could likely be used to mount other stalk stompers to a John Deere head. I am not sure what all models these will work on, but that install guide lists a 612, 616, and 618 at least. The brackets are in good shape. Let me know if there are any questions.
